 What is the Newsletter?
Every week, the Short Run sends out a newsletter highlighting the
most important developments in the economy, monetary policy, financial markets, and the
website itself. If you don't subscribe to the newsletter, you can still read the
most recent version as well as past newsletters that have been archived
below.
Since May of 2000, I have been writing
newsletters on a weekly basis (with a few interruptions during Summer
2003) as an attempt to provide visitors to the
website with a free and constant source of up-to-date analysis of economic
data releases and current economic events. The newsletter has been
developing and continues to do so largely thanks to reader feedback.
I've enjoyed writing the newsletter immensely and hope that it will continue
to be of value to readers.
Sincerely,
Daniel Hicks
The Short Run newsletter would like to extend its warmest
thanks to its editor, Kelly Bryan.
